Participate in our workshops, support groups, and individual psychosocial support sessions to better cope with the illness.
Since 2022, the Foundation has enhanced its service offering to provide individual psychosocial support, cancer-related stress workshops, a support group "Sharing Among Us," a therapeutic nature walking group, and yoga classes. Everything is offered in person depending on geographic location, online, or by phone, free of charge with no eligibility criteria.
These additions aim to provide people going through this pivotal period of their lives, as well as their caregivers, with the tools, support, and listening they need to better navigate this challenging time.
Yoga sessions adapted for people with cancer and their caregivers. Yoga helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.
Group meetings to discuss and explore certain topics, share experiences, exchange with other people affected by cancer, and receive support in a caring and confidential environment. Very enriching meetings for everyone!
A series of workshops to learn to live with cancer-related stress. Demystification of terms and characteristics of stress, strategies to prevent and alleviate stress.
We offer psychosocial support for people with cancer and/or their caregivers. These sessions take place by phone, online, or in person depending on location, with a psychosocial worker (Isabelle Caillouette).
Gentle group physical activity, led by a psychosocial worker, to stay fit, build connections, and explore various topics together while enjoying the many benefits of nature.
All our services are free and open to people with cancer and their caregivers.
